  • What kind of balloons do you use?
    We use 100% biodegradable balloons made from high-quality latex. These balloons are designed to be environmentally friendly and will naturally break down over time without harming the environment. When using helium balloons, they are very sensitive to the heat, please be aware that the lifespan of your helium balloons could be effected by the temperature of your house or the weather outside.
  • Do you deliver?
    Yes! We deliver in the greater Tampa area! Delivery for Mosaics/Grab n Go/Gender Reveal Balloons - $30 Delivery fee for installs and backdrop rentals will vary on location.
  • Can I leave my balloons outside?
    While you can leave your balloons outside, it's important to note that they should not be placed in direct sunlight, especially in the Florida heat. If your event is outdoors, we recommend using lighter-colored balloons as they tend to fare better under the sun. However, it's essential to remember that once the balloons are delivered, Coastal Confetti cannot be held responsible for any balloons that are popped, stolen, lost, or accidentally let go into the air.
  • How do I order balloons?
    Installations and Backdrop Rentals ✦ Complete the inquiry form on our Contact Us Page ✦ You will hear from us in less than 24 hours! ✦ Once we go over all the details of your event and you are ready to book, we will send over an invoice. Mosaics, Curbside Swag, Gender Reveal Balloons ✦ These can all be ordered through our Website You can also call us to purchase, or DM us on Instagram!
  • Do you do Gender Reveals?
    We do! Our balloons are jumbo in size and filled with confetti. You can e-mail your gender results to us at coastalconfetti@aol.com, have a friend or family member call with the results, or we can arrange to meet in person to get the details!
  • Is a deposit required?
    We require a 50% deposit to hold your date for installations and the balance is due a week before your event. Deposits are non-refundable but we can apply your deposit toward a different date if you need to cancel or reschedule as long as you give a 48 hour notice.
  • Can I pick up my order?
    Pick ups are available in Odessa for the following; ✦ Curbside Swag ✦ Balloon Mosaics ✦ Pixie Dust Packages ✦ Gender Reveal Balloons ✦ Pickup available if you have a large SUV with seats folded down and the very back empty. No room for car seats, so please plan accordingly. Pick up is at our location in Odessa, FL on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays. We will e-mail you with location address after booking. We do NOT allow for pick up of our Installations and Backdrop Rentals.
  • What is your rain policy for outdoor rentals?
    We prefer that our rentals do not get super wet. Covered outdoor areas are encouraged however not a necessity. Living in Florida means being familiar with the unpredictable weather and being ready for sudden rain showers or thunderstorms that can appear out of nowhere. We do our best to keep an eye on the forecast and we can always set up in a different spot on the day of your event should you change your mind.
  • Do you take down the installation?
    Once the event is concluded, it becomes the client's responsibility to dismantle the balloon arrangements, unless they have specifically ordered them with backdrop rentals. However, we do offer a take-down service for an additional fee. If you are interested in this service, please let us know during your inquiry, and we will provide you with more details.
  • Do you offer DIY garland kits?
    We do not at this time, however our Curbside Swag is a great alternative! Leave all the work to us, all you have to do is pick up and hang!
